Did you forget to renew your certification in 2016, 2018, or 2020?

If you intended to renew your certification and were a current CVT through June 30, 2016, June 30, 2018, or June 30, 2020 but missed the deadline for certification renewal, your certification has lapsed. To re-certify, please see the information below and submit the Lapsed Renewal Application. 

If your certification lapsed June, 30 2020:

To become current through June 30, 2022, you will need to submit the following:

  • 20 hours of CE (at least half technical)
    • Please enter your CE in your CE log here.
    • Instructions on properly logging your CE hours in the CE log here.
    • If you have questions about technical vs supportive CE please see our guidelines here.
  • Membership Dues (will be invoiced once CE is approved)

    • 2020-2022 Membership Dues of $152
    • 2020-2022 Late Fee of $25/quarter (not to exceed $100)
  • 2020-2022 Renewal Application located here

Please note, waiting until the next certification cycle will not eliminate the late fees. 

Once your application has been processed and approved, your certification will be current until 6/30/2022.  

 

If your certification lapsed June, 30 2018:

To become current through June 30, 2022, you will need to submit the following:

  • 40 hours of CE (at least half technical)
    • Please enter your CE in your CE log here.
    • Instructions on properly logging your CE hours in the CE log here.

  • Membership Dues (will be invoiced once CE is approved)

    • 2018-2020 Membership Dues of $152
    • 2018-2020 Late Fee of $100
    • 2020-2022 Membership Dues of $152
    • 2020-2022 Late Fee of $25/quarter (not to exceed $100)
  • Late Renewal Application located here

    • 2020-2022 Late Fee of $25/quarter (not to exceed $100)
